If you face any issues during the application process, you can make a query using your application number, passport number, and contact details.
You can start the process by clicking the "Apply for e-Visa" button on the home page. After completing visa type, arrival information, personal details, passport details, document upload, and declaration steps, you can submit your application.
From the "Check Application Status" section on the home page, you can view the latest status of your application using your application number, passport number, and contact details.
Required documents may vary by application type. In general, passport image, biometric photo, accommodation information, and when necessary, flight or additional supporting documents may be requested.
It is recommended that your passport remains valid for at least 6 months from the application date. While entering passport details, you must use exactly the same information shown on your document.
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or rejection of your application. You should review all information carefully before submitting.
Application updates may be sent to your registered e-Mail address or phone number. It is also recommended to check your spam or junk mail folder.
